Chrissie has had words and music in her soul from the day she was born. Following in her pianist mother’s footsteps – she studied classical music throughout high school and college as a bassoon player. Throughout these years she dealt with a lot of the pain, emotions and things that vexed her soul through writing and ended up with a Bachelor’s degree in English focusing on Creative Writing. After starting to sing one day and picking up the guitar a decade and a half later she was finally able to merge both loves – music and writing. Her music is acoustic pop/rock with a message. She writes from the heart about things those things that move her soul and it’s the combination of catchy, rhythmic melodies her music stands apart. She is an energetic, captivating performer - a true story teller at heart; in short an act not to be missed.
